This policy explains how Mart Hub BD collects, uses and protects personal information when you browse our site, place an order or create an account. It applies to the Mart Hub BD website and the services offered through it.

Order information. The products you order, order totals, chosen payment method, delivery zone and order status history.
Technical information. Basic data your browser sends when visiting, such as device type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and improve it.
What we never collect.Card numbers, CVV codes and mobile-wallet PINs are entered on SSLCommerz's secure payment pages. Those details are never sent to, seen by or stored on Mart Hub BD systems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.
The site stores a small amount of data directly in your browser so it can work the way you expect:
You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings. Doing so empties your cart and signs you out; the site continues to work normally.
Delivery partners. We share the recipient name, address and mobile number needed to deliver your order, and nothing more.
Payment gateway. Online payments are handled by SSLCommerz, which processes your payment details under its own privacy policy and security standards.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law, court order or a valid request from a competent authority.
Order records are retained for as long as needed to service warranties, returns and accounting or tax obligations. Account information is retained while your account remains active. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict internal access to order and customer data on a need-to-know basis, and rely on a PCI-compliant payment gateway so sensitive payment details never touch our systems.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify affected customers and the relevant authorities as required by law.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or request deletion of your account and associated data — subject to records we must keep for legal and accounting purposes.
Name and email can be updated yourself at any time from your profile page. To change the mobile number tied to your account, or to make any other request, contact us using the details below. We aim to respond within 30 days.
The site is intended for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on the site.
