These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Mart Hub BD website and the purchase of any products offered through it. By browsing the site, placing an order or creating an account, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site to place orders. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these terms for your records.
You may browse the catalogue and complete a purchase as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, registration is completed by verifying a Bangladeshi mobile number with a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS.
You are responsible for keeping access to your mobile number secure, and for all activity carried out through your verified account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your number or account has been used without your permission.
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product images are for illustration; packaging and minor design details may vary from what is shown.
We work to keep pricing and stock information accurate, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.
Submitting an order places an offer to purchase; it does not by itself form a contract. A contract is formed only once we confirm the order and it moves into processing. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, where pricing was incorrect, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the service.
Every accepted order receives a unique order ID in the format MHB-YYYY-NNNNNN. Please keep this reference — it is the fastest way for our team to locate your order.
We accept two payment methods: Cash on Delivery, where you pay the delivery agent in cash when your order arrives, and online payment via SSLCommerz, which supports cards, bKash, Nagad and mobile banking.
Online payments are processed on SSLCommerz's secure payment pages. Mart Hub BD does not receive or store your card numbers, PINs or banking credentials at any point. Where an online payment fails or is cancelled, your cart is preserved so you can try again or switch to Cash on Delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, weather, political disruption and incorrect or incomplete addresses can all cause delays. If a delivery agent cannot reach you, we will attempt contact on the number supplied with the order.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories, tags and free gifts included. Proof of purchase — your order ID — is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories cannot be returned once opened, including groceries and perishable goods, cosmetics and personal-care items, and innerwear. Items damaged by misuse are not eligible.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for online payments, or by mobile financial services for Cash on Delivery orders, usually within 7–10 working days of the returned item being received and inspected.
You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched by contacting our support team with your order ID. Once an order has been handed to a delivery partner, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where stock is unavailable, where address or contact details cannot be verified, or where repeated refusal of delivery indicates misuse of Cash on Delivery.

The Mart Hub BD name, logo, site design, text and original imagery are our property or used under licence, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and appear here solely to identify the products offered for sale.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of them or out of any purchase made through the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and the terms in force at the time you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
